TK Corporativo Three Key Group México

Three Key Group · Market entry

Your company in Mexico,
in good standing

Formation, bookkeeping, monthly filings, social security and visas — carried out in-house by licensed accountants and explained to your head office in Chinese, Korean, Spanish or English.

What this costs you

For a company arriving here,
the expensive thing is time.

Not knowing whom to call. Not knowing which of the fourteen things on the list is the one with a deadline. Sending a question to an accountant in Monterrey and waiting four days for an answer in Spanish that head office then has to have translated.

We have been through all of it. Three Key Group is itself a foreign company that landed in Mexico from zero — formation, tax registration, social security, product compliance and platform storefronts. What we sell is not a consulting report. It is the route we already walked.

Four stages

From a question to a first invoice

Most companies arrive somewhere in the middle of this. Tell us where you are and we start there.

01

Research

2–3 weeks

Whether the product sells here and at what price. Landed cost and tariffs, competitor price bands, platform search volume and reviews, and who the customer actually is.

02

Setup

6–10 weeks

Entity formation or conversion, RFC and CFDI 4.0 invoicing, IMSS registration, NOM labelling and category certifications. Carried out in-house, start to finish.

03

Listing

3–4 weeks

TikTok Shop, Mercado Libre and Facebook storefronts opened and stocked, Spanish copy and the seven-image set, logistics and after-sales configured.

04

Running

Ongoing

Monthly bookkeeping and filings, payroll and IMSS, annual return — plus creator seeding, live sessions and retail placement when you want the sales side too.

What we run every month

The calendar, once you are trading

01
Bookkeeping
Transactions classified, CFDIs matched against the SAT portal, bank reconciliation. Prepared and signed by our in-house Contadores Públicos.
02
Monthly filings
ISR and IVA provisional returns by the 17th, DIOT, and the electronic accounting upload. We hold the deadline; you get a reminder, not a fine.
03
Payroll and IMSS
Payroll calculation and stamping, IMSS and INFONAVIT contributions, state payroll tax, and the PTU accrual that catches companies out in year two.
04
The annual return
Year-end close, the annual declaration, and the question nobody enjoys — whether your structure still fits the revenue you now have.

One desk. Your language. And somebody who owns the deadline.

Why a Mexican firm cannot do this for you

The gap is not accounting.
It is the translation layer.

There are excellent despachos in Monterrey. The problem is that your finance director in Seoul or Shenzhen cannot talk to them, and the cost of that shows up as missed deadlines and decisions made on guesses.

  • Your head office asks in Chinese, Korean or English and gets an answer in the same language, the same day
  • The accounting is done to Mexican standards, not translated from a foreign chart of accounts afterwards
  • Deadlines are tracked on our side — the 17th, DIOT, the electronic upload, the annual return
  • We flag the structural traps early, such as the S.A.S. revenue ceiling that forces a conversion
  • When the question is commercial rather than fiscal, the people who run our own stores are in the same building
  • One entity, one RFC, one invoice — not a chain of intermediaries each adding a margin

From experience

Every foreign company we have helped had the same first problem, and it was never tax. It was that nobody could tell them, in a language they trusted, what actually had to happen next week.
