Whether the product sells here and at what price. Landed cost and tariffs, competitor price bands, platform search volume and reviews, and who the customer actually is.
Three Key Group · Market entry
Formation, bookkeeping, monthly filings, social security and visas — carried out in-house by licensed accountants and explained to your head office in Chinese, Korean, Spanish or English.
What this costs you
Not knowing whom to call. Not knowing which of the fourteen things on the list is the one with a deadline. Sending a question to an accountant in Monterrey and waiting four days for an answer in Spanish that head office then has to have translated.
We have been through all of it. Three Key Group is itself a foreign company that landed in Mexico from zero — formation, tax registration, social security, product compliance and platform storefronts. What we sell is not a consulting report. It is the route we already walked.
Four stages
Most companies arrive somewhere in the middle of this. Tell us where you are and we start there.

Entity formation or conversion, RFC and CFDI 4.0 invoicing, IMSS registration, NOM labelling and category certifications. Carried out in-house, start to finish.
3–4 weeks
TikTok Shop, Mercado Libre and Facebook storefronts opened and stocked, Spanish copy and the seven-image set, logistics and after-sales configured.
Ongoing
Monthly bookkeeping and filings, payroll and IMSS, annual return — plus creator seeding, live sessions and retail placement when you want the sales side too.
What we run every month

Why a Mexican firm cannot do this for you
There are excellent despachos in Monterrey. The problem is that your finance director in Seoul or Shenzhen cannot talk to them, and the cost of that shows up as missed deadlines and decisions made on guesses.
From experience
Every foreign company we have helped had the same first problem, and it was never tax. It was that nobody could tell them, in a language they trusted, what actually had to happen next week.Joseph KimFounder, Three Key Group México
